Musica e Servizio has been ISO 9001:VISION 2000 certified by the approval body TÜV Italia.
This important recognition awarded by one of the most stringent internationally accredited bodies is an acknowledgement of the effort the cooperative dedicated to rationalizing and optimizing the organizational structure and service provision process behind our teaching programme.
Having adopted a quality management system, Musica e Servizio aims to constantly improve the service it provides and satisfy users and customers.
MUSICA E SERVIZIO POLICY AND GENERAL QUALITY OBJECTIVES

MUSICA E SERVIZIO is an official training body accredited by Emilia Romagna regional council, which exists to promote musical culture through the organisation of training courses intended primarily to nurture a culture of music, working both independently and as an accredited body.

- Identify potentially interested parties and their needs. |
| Deploy adequate human and financial resources and infrastructures. | - Arrange a suitable pool of teaching staff able to fulfil the teaching objectives set and associated support teaching staff. - Install suitable infrastructure and equipment to achieve the teaching targets set. - Availability of suitable financial resources to run courses as advertised and planned. - Activation of external and international channels. - Activation of communication methods in and outside of the organisation in order to improve the flow of information and ensure all those involved in deploying services at MUSICA E SERVIZIO are aware of and understand customer requirements. - Promote personnel development in oder to match abilities to the tasks assigned. |
| Implement a suitable training plan. | - Plan, schedule and deliver training in choerence with teaching objectives. - Define prerequisites for admission to courses. - Deliver teaching courses as planned and scheduled. - Provide sufficient support services. |
| Instil a continuous improvement mentality. | - Identify key process features in order to monitor individual processes, the courses provided and user satisfaction. - Examine significant data to find suitable elements to re-examine. - Systematic identification of improvement objectives, complaint management procedures, contingent problems and assessment of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken. |
| Regular review of the validity of the policy and general quality objectives. | - Implement a suitable autonomous control system for the Quality Management System to provide a means of measuring activities, eliminating or if possible preventing any problems and supplying suitable elements to re-examine. |
| Cooperation with external bodies and partnerships | - Establish cooperation projects and partnerships with other bodies and organisations in order to complete, implement and expand the teaching programme and7or services provided. |
| Interact with and involve the local community | - Set up activities involving the community in which the cooperative is based in order to include it in the teaching process, i.e. concerts, activities connected to opera and also forge synergies indirectly with economic and institutional bodies in the same area to help implement services. |
The structure also focuses on encouraging use of appropriate musical performance techniques and the vocational training required to find professional engagements.
In addition to this, MUSICA E SERVIZIO believes managing and safeguarding employee safety is an integral part of the general administration of the organisation and must involve the entire workforce, which is considered a key pillar of organisational development. The latter consideration leads to the following general objectives:
· Implement an efficient safety management system and plan for all associated actions.
· Involve employees in this process.
· Focus on respect, and the conservation of energy and natural resources.
· Compliance with applicable legislation as well as improvement of the organisation's ability to adapt to evolving legislation, regulations and best practices.
· Manage emergency situations by drawing up specific plans to deal with them.
