Scholarship
Two types of scholarship are available:
Nicolai Ghiaurov Scholarship for Master Classes
Drawing on the very generous donations made in memory of the late Nicolai Ghiaurov, every year several scholarships are made available to participate in Mirella Freni's master class.
Starting from Academi Year 2010-2011 all the candidates that will pass the live admission audition will be awarded with a full scholarship. The beneficiary of an N. Ghiaurov scholarship is decided at the sole discretion of Mirella Freni and will cover the full tuition fees for the master class.
Training Vouchers to reduce tuition fees to Academic Courses for singers and pianists.

Vouchers for regional-approved courses
"CUBEC - The technique and interpretation of Bel Canto with soprano Mirella Freni. Art and show business: adding value to cultural tourism" and "CUBEC - Maestro Piano Accompanists in cultural entertainment and tourist events" courses are included in the Regional List of Approved Advanced Vocational Training Courses. Thanks to an interregional agreement which led to the creation of the aforementioned List, students resident in Emilia Romagna, Sardinia, Veneto, Campania, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio and Valle d'Aosta can apply - no later than 2 October 2009 - for a training voucher worth at least €5,000 (for some regions it may be more) towards the cost of vocational tuition fees. Before a voucher is awarded, the requisites of the applicant are verified and they are graded accordingly.

Scholarships for students not in receipt of vouchers
For all CUBEC students not resident in one of the above regions and students whose applications for vouchers were not accepted, the school provides a scholarship of the same value as the voucher in order to ensure that no one student is eligible to pay more than €3,500 towards the cost of a course for singers, or €2,000 for the pianists course.
